Day 262 - Sept 21, 2008

Hello everyone... weigh in day today... Lost another 3 pounds.. Yippee... I am not down about the 3 pounds as there were 2 days in which I ate some Carbs.. Not much, but I did go over my allotment of 20 grams a day.. But hey a loss is better than a gain.. I know I am losing as my clothes are soooo lose..

So here starts week 4, and I am sticking with it... I got to say this is the first time that I am excited that I am looking forward to sticking with something... Don't let me fool you.. I do would do anything for a slice of pizza, or a bagel with cream cheese or even a plate of roasted potatoes.. But honestly, I can do without it as well. and that in itself is a miracle...

I will continue with my 20 grams of carbs a day, and work on losing at least another 10 - 15 pounds in the next 2 weeks.. Remember I have an engagement on the 11th that I need to look good for... Yep mom & dad's 50th wedding anniversary.. so off I am to make it happen...
