Day 29 - Jan 30th 2008

Hey everyone.. I will need to make this short and sweet....


Goal 1 - walked 4300 steps today.... I beat my goal for day..


Planning on doing my Cardio workout tomorrow, and ensure that I continue to push on my 4300 steps and hit 5000 on 1/31/08.

My goal everyday is to continue to write in my food journal, stay within my Weight Watchers point allocation, and continue to count my steps...
