Hello everyone... I lost 1 3/4 lbs. this week... That felt great since I was kind of on a stand still and that really de-motivates you... But this week I am on the road to success again... I am looking for this week to be the best week yet !!
I continue to read everything I can get my hands on to learn as much as I can about nutrition. I was just reading this article about this woman who lost 63 pounds without dieting. What she did is realize that deep down inside we all know how to eat right! Boy I am an expert, I think I would make millions teaching everyone how to lose weight, too bad I can't take my own advise !!
Well her story was that she decided to do what she called the "no-label diet". In other words only eat foods from nature. Nothing packaged, or processed, no cookies, white breads, no frozen dinners. Her guide was if you turn the food around and there is no label then she could eat it. She had fruit, veggies, grill fish and chicken. Carried nuts and veggies for snacks. Before she knew it she was 63 pounds lighter!
Some more of her suggestions: use smaller plates, add more seasonings, use your toothbrush( want a snack -brush your teeth) and last was wear a pedometer!!
Sounds easy and d0-able, as I always say - I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING WRONG, I AM NOT DUMB!! JUST HUNGRY !!(HA-HA)
