Day 103 - April 14, 2008

Well Happy Monday !!! Realized I haven't posted.. sorry....But did hit a milestone this past week.

One goal was to increase the amount of steps everyday by at least 2000.. Well last Wed I hit 8000+ then on Thursday I was amazed that I had actually hit over 10,000.. My final number on Thursday was 13,394..Can you imagine that.. It felt great.. Friday was back down to 8000 and then on Saturday I hit only 7000 and Sunday was a day of rest with only 4800... But I know that I can do it, and it felt great to read that number on Thursday, and my legs didn't hurt.. It's just incredible what you can achieve if you put your mind to it....

So now I am ready to go out and walk again... My daily goal is 10,000 a day... As I keep track of my food in my food journal.. I am also keeping track of my steps.. so off I go.. to hit my 10,000 mark today.. Hope you all have a great Monday, and looking forward to my results tomorrow. !!
